About This Site

A public trading journal — strategy, psychology, and the process behind every trade.

This is where I document real trades — entries, exits, mistakes, and the systematic thinking behind all of it. No polish, no hindsight bias. Just the process, in real time.

The Story

I'm Adam — a systematic trader focused on SPY options and MNQ futures. Every session starts with a plan: key levels marked the night before, a directional bias defined, and a hard limit on how many trades I'll take.

My edge isn't a secret indicator — it's process. VWAP-based exits instead of arbitrary dollar targets. Multi-timeframe analysis instead of chasing the 1-minute chart. A strict daily trade max instead of revenge trading after a loss.

The hardest part of trading isn't the analysis — it's the execution. I mark my levels with precision and then, too often, ignore my own plan in the moment. This site exists to document that gap and slowly close it.

Every win, every loss, every lesson gets written down here. Building in public means no cherry-picking — the bad trades are as visible as the good ones.

What I Focus On

Strategy

Systematic entries and exits. VWAP gaps, supply and demand zones, and risk defined before the trade is placed.

Psychology

The gap between the plan and the execution. Documenting the moments discipline slips — and why.

Timeframes

Reading the market across scales — 4-hour trend, 1-hour levels, 5-minute entries.

Current Focus

SPY Options

Daily Options Trading

Daily trading SPY 0DTE options using VWAP-based entries and systematic exit strategies.

Multi-Timeframe Analysis

One Framework, Every Trade

Applying a consistent 3-timeframe framework — 4H trend, 1H levels, 5-min entries — across every setup.

Trading Psychology

Closing the Execution Gap

Documenting the gap between chart analysis and in-the-moment execution — and slowly closing it.

Risk Management

Protecting the Account First

A hard daily trade max, defined stops, and position sizing that protects capital above all else.
